Spicy Sweet Potato Hash

Ingrediants
2 teaspoons olive oil 250gm potaoes,diced and cookedChilli pepper minced 60 g blackbeans rinsed
1 onion diced 2 tablespoon salsa
1 stalk celery minced 3 tablespoon coriander chopped
1 clove garlic minced Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
STEP 1 : Heat olive oil in a pan and add chilli pepper,onions,celery and garlic.Saute and cook about 5-10 minutes.STEP 2 :Add pre-cooked sweet potatoes and beans and cook it for another 5-8 minutes.
STEP 3 : Remove fro heat and stir in salsa and coriander.Drizzle salt and pepper to taste and serve spicy and hot.
